Prior to construction, we undertake the creation of a design base map, which includes a map showing the topographical conditions of the plot in question, elevation contours, and terrain features, buildings, and utilities located on the property. After the surveys, the area's storm drainage system can be designed and the extent of earthworks required for it can be determined. With the base map and surface model, significant costs can be saved during construction work.
During construction, it is also possible to perform surveys and monitor work processes. We prepare a status recording map to document current conditions, and an as-built map upon completion of the investment.
